Terms of Service
Enterall Terms of Service
Effective date: October 8, 2026
Enterall is operated by Enterall Inc, United States. These terms apply to use of Enterall's website, workspaces, boards, documents, AI tools, and MCP connections. By using Enterall, you agree to these terms. If you use Enterall for an organization, you must have authority to act for that organization.
Your account and access
An Enterall account is free to create. Keep your sign-in details secure and use only accounts, boards, documents, and workspaces you are authorized to access. You are responsible for the actions you request and the permissions you grant to collaborators and connected applications. Contact us if you believe your account has been compromised.
Your content
You retain your rights in content you upload. Enterall does not claim ownership of your generated images. You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload, process, and share content, including images of other people and third-party designs. You authorize Enterall to store, display, transmit, and process your content as needed to provide the features you use, including collaboration and requested AI operations.
Choose sharing settings carefully. Content made available to collaborators, public viewers, or connected applications may be received or copied by those recipients. Removing access prevents future access through that connection; it does not remove copies already held by a recipient.
AI tools and account credits
Connecting through MCP and using board, canvas, document, and collaboration tools is free. Image generation and editing consume Enterall account credits, including tools that generate similar images. Enterall checks your available credits before processing a credit-based request. Review the requested action before approving it.
Any paid plan or credit purchase takes place through Enterall’s own purchase flow, where the applicable price and billing terms are shown. The MCP connection does not purchase plans or credits. These terms do not remove any cancellation, refund, or other consumer rights that apply under law. Contact us with billing questions.
AI results may contain errors, may resemble other outputs, and do not guarantee accuracy, exclusivity, or suitability for a particular use. Review results before relying on them or using them commercially. Relevant content is sent to AI providers to perform the operations you request, as described in our privacy policy.
Connected applications and MCP
You may connect Enterall to ChatGPT, Codex, or another compatible MCP client through Enterall’s sign-in and consent flow. A connection acts within the permissions you authorize and your existing Enterall access. Depending on those permissions, it may read content, create or edit content, use image credits, or manage collaboration.
Third-party clients have their own terms and privacy policies. Review their handling of the content you provide to them. You can revoke a connection in Enterall Settings → Connected apps. Revoking a connection does not delete your Enterall account or the content you previously created.
Acceptable use
Do not use Enterall for unlawful activity, infringement of others’ rights, harassment, spam, unauthorized access, or attempts to bypass access controls, credit checks, or usage limits. Do not interfere with the service or other users. Access may be restricted when needed to address abuse, security incidents, or violations of these terms.
Privacy, deletion, and support
Our privacy policy describes data collection, processing, retention, and deletion. You may stop using Enterall, disconnect applications, and delete content using the product's available controls. For account deletion, service issues, or questions about these terms, contact hello@enterall.co.
These terms do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Separate written agreements with Enterall may govern an organization's use of the service.
